Blaine Hebert

Blaine is a 1982 graduate of Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Accounting. In 1985, he passed the Uniform Certified Public Accounting Exam, and soon thereafter became a licensed Louisiana CPA.

In 1989, Blaine began his own firm that has grown from a one person office to 10 with 4 CPAs on staff. Blaine specializes in small business consulting and estate planning but the firm can handle most any tax and accounting need.

Blaine has served as adjunct instructor of Accounting at Northwestern State University and numerous board positions over the years. He is a member of the Society of Louisiana CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is married to Kirsten Breithoff Hebert, and has four children.

Michael Carbo

Michael is a Partner at Hebert, Carbo & Crutchfield, CPAs.  Michael's area of concentration includes business valuation/litigation services.

 

In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Michael holds the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF).
